GitLab Inc (GTLB) Announces Resignation of Mark Porter from Board

GitLab Board member Mark Porter has stepped down from his role on the board and as a member of the Board’s Audit Committee, effective April 12, 2024. Current board member and Lead Independent Director Godfrey Sullivan has been appointed to fill the vacancy left on the Audit Committee following Mr.Porter’s departure, and the board has been reduced from eight to seven members.
